Charlotte Yates is the founder and CEO of Yates Ltd, an outcome-based management consulting firm that works with senior executives to identify and accelerate opportunities to transform their organizations, reduce costs and create competitive advantage. Services include strategy, design, governance, sourcing advisory and change management focused on outsourcing, automation, digital transformation, business process optimization and enterprise networking. Yates Ltd is a WBENC certified women owed business. Charlotte is also a General Partner with the Seraph Group, a structured angel fund which invests in seed stage technology companies. The growing network for the Seraph Group currently has more than 300 members who constitute a diverse network of successful business and technology leaders spanning 26 US cities and three continents. Throughout her career she has served as Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, General Partner and Executive Coach across the IT, Telecommunications, Management Consulting, Venture Capital and Entertainment industries, working with numerous senior level executives, professional athletes and celebrities. Charlotte has a unique understanding of the unanticipated decisions and challenges that top-level people face including the establishment, operation, transformation and sale of a business, or the decisions they face navigating different stages of their business and personal lives. Charlotte runs an annual program for Harvard Business School and Young Presidents’ Organization called “Success and Significance”, working with CEOs to rediscover their passions and develop a life plan. She is the Mentorship Chair for YPO. Prior to her current businesses, Charlotte was the founder, CEO and Vice Chairman of Telwares, a leading provider of next-gen IT advisory and strategic sourcing to global enterprises. During her tenure Charlotte founded the CIO Global Forum, an invitation-only think tank for Global 1000 executives focused on enterprise innovation, peer networking and education in a non-commercial environment. Early in her career, she held a variety of leadership positions at corporations including Sprint and IBM. She started her career in motorcycle racing, worked as a tour production manager for Bill Graham Presents, and orchestrated a European tour for the Rolling Stones. Charlotte has been profiled in The Boston Globe, BusinessWeek, National Post, The International Herald Tribune, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post and is an alumnus of the University of Florida.
